Our mission is to help clients achieve a more active and healthy lifestyle, in a positive and welcoming environment, where no one feels intimidated, regardless of age or fitness level. We strive to provide an energetic and personable approach to fitness while creating a community, where individuals can accomplish their individual goals, in a fun way.

PowerFlex

This 55-minute circuit training workout incorporates several different exercises on a rotating basis with little to no rest in between. It is designed to work all body parts to improve heart health, increase lean muscle mass, expedite weight loss and promote overall physical strength. By keeping our heart rate up and muscles engaged, our body stays in fat burning mode for the entire class. Don’t let the name intimidate you…it is suitable for all fitness levels and will be customized to each client’s exercise preferences and capabilities.

Totally Toned

As the name suggests, this popular 55-minute class starts with a warm-up and moves into a variety of resistance training exercises designed to tone you from head to toe. Utilizing an assortment of equipment such as bands, weights, slides, balls, etc. This class will improve your cardio endurance and burn calories. It’s a high energy workout that incorporates varied sequences, so your body doesn’t adapt to a structured routine. Most of all, it is designed to be fun and will have you wanting to come back for more. All levels are welcome!

Essential Stretch and Balance

Come join our 45-minute, full body, deep stretch class focused on muscle and fascia release. It is all about teaching proper stretching and relaxation techniques for improved mobility and flexibility. Will reduce muscle tension, alleviate soreness and prevent injury. The last 10 minutes is dedicated to balance exercises. This is a great class for unwinding and building a deeper mind/body connection. All levels.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Diana Augustine is a veteran fitness professional who started her career over 25 years ago as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the Montana Athletic Club in Bigfork, Montana.

Committed to motivating and helping people find a healthy balance in life, Diana is truly ‘at home’ when she is working with her clients. In addition to her fitness training accreditations, she is also a certified Nutrition Coach and is always happy to talk food.

While she thoroughly enjoyed working for the Athletic Club, Diana decided the time was right to start her own boutique fitness studio. Much to the disappointment of her many devoted clients and friends in Montana, Diana pulled up her roots and moved to Rogersville, MO with her husband, Wayne, to embark on a new adventure.

Diana’s unique connection with her clients is what sets her apart. While she has helped countless of people to achieve a healthier and more functional lifestyle, it is the friendships she has made over the years which truly inspires her. She enjoys small-town living and being active in the community.

When Diana is not working out or training, you will likely find her outdoors. She is always happy when she is soaking up some sun while boating, fishing, hiking or simply working in her garden. If you ask Diana what is most important to her and what she is most proud of…she will quickly tell you it is her two sons, Wyatt and Walker who were born and raised in Bigfork, MT.

Diana’s training philosophy revolves around a balanced lifestyle which is how the name Statera Studio Fitness originated as Statera comes from the Latin word meaning ‘balance’. She believes a welcoming, non-intimidating environment is key and everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, should feel at home when they walk through those doors. Diana is passionate about motivating and guiding individuals toward a more active and healthy way of life while having fun doing it. She is extremely excited to bring her energy and personable approach to the citizens in Rogersville and surrounding area.
